Resident Chef John Robert McGarrigle presides over the cuisine, bringing fifteen years of experience in the Sandhouse and his familiarity with local farmers, fishermen and producers to create dishes and menus which are defined by their locally sourced, wonderfully fresh ingredients.
The extensive dinner menu offers a wide range of homemade wholesome dishes, some favourites include our Saddle of Wild Irish Venison, Slow Braised Lamb & our Vegetable Pasta Bake.
