Resident Chef John Robert McGarrigle presides over the cuisine, bringing 25 years of experience in the Sandhouse and his familiarity with local farmers, fishermen and producers to create dishes and menus which are defined by their locally sourced, wonderfully fresh ingredients.
The extensive dinner menu offers a wide range of homemade wholesome dishes, some favourites including Aubrac Beef from Eddie Walsh’s farm in Ballintra, Slow Braised Lamb & our Vegetable Pasta Bake. Fresh seafood landed at Mullaghmore & Killybegs is delivered daily by Star Crest Seafoods.
